  1. Yes they have.  It was at Berkley, California in 1913 and the score was 51-3.

The All Blacks played the USA at the 1991 world cup and won 46-6 at Gloucester

  2. They played the US in a non-test match in San Diego, United States of America, Wednesday, 8 October 1980.

Score was New Zealand 53,  USA 6

  3. I am not to sure about the all blacks. But in the 7's the USA was in that game, hope this helped.

  4. I just leanrned about this in school.

  5. They toured North America in 1913 playing 13 games in USA  including 1 test and 3 games in Canada and in 1980 they played a test against USA on the way to the UK

  6. Actually yes.

It was actually a long time ago, back in 1913. The ABs won 51-3 against a team called U.S. All Stars. I don't know the background to this - in the pre-professional era it was common for NZ to play games in the U.S. or Canada either as warm-up games prior to touring Great Britain, or alternatively as a sort of wind-down on the way home.

Back then (and right up to around the 1970s) it was pretty much unknown for 'Test Match' status to be awarded for matches against countries outside the big 8 (The 4 British countries, France, South Africa, Australia and the British Combined team - The Lions). However, for some reason, the match against USA in 1913 was an exception and test match status was awarded.
