Have the Bill of Sale but the Title is lost and i cant find the person who i bought the car from!!!!!?

hi i just bought a car from two week from a private owner and he gave me the bill of sale but he didnt give me the title ...and then she disappeared i cant reach her at all..tried everyway to contact her and no luck!!!! i insured the car and did a car facts the car isnot stolen or anything wrong with it!!!..but i really dont know what to do to get the car registered!!!!the DMV needed at least a natorized paper from her..

Contact which ever department in your State is responsible for automobile TITLES and ask them about filing for a lost title or bonded title.

It varies from State to State but it is NOT that big of a deal.
