errr if there were actually secret spy cameras I don't think they'd broadcast it to everyone. The clue is in 'secret'

No, and it's most unlikely they ever will. It's against the law to install hidden cameras unless you place signs warning people that cameras are present. If people aren't warned, then any video evidence becomes illegal and isn't applicable for use in a court of law, no matter how compelling the evidence.
