No. If India had played with all youngsters instead of the big 4, can we say that India would have won for sure? Perhaps they would have lost by even a wider margin, because when the experienced and technically sound players like Dravid, Tendulkar, Ganguly and Laxman failed to tackle Sri Lankan bowling attack led by Murli and Mendis, then how can the youngsters who have neither technique nor experience succeed?

I think that the big 4 still have it in them to play the big knocks, atleast for a few more years! They have lost miserably in the past too, but they always bounced back. That's what they should try to do again to prove what they are capable of doing.

BIG 4 means Sachin, Sourav, Rahul & Laxman - no doubt they are all very good players. But I think this is the time that they should think about their retirement & give oppertunity to the young players . If u count all the national cricket team they have at least 5 - 6 young players . I know many of Indian supporters will not agree with me & they will prove it when BIG 4 will play big innings. But i am sorry to say ..........

I agree with 'Sandy'. They need to give a chance for the young players. There one day team should playing in the test. They could have caused alot of problems for Sri Lanka.
