Have the Kenmore Limited Edition

Question

Have the Kenmore Limited Edition dishwasher, model # 665.15892100. When dishwasher is running, you can hear the soap container flip open. However, @ end of washer's completion, and main door is opened, the soap is still in the container. Some has leaked out, but the majority is still in the container.Dishes are still dirty, so it appears that either there is no water to disperse the soap, or does the door really open? Any ideas?
