I'm in the 12th grade doing a 2-year International Baccalaureate Diploma program. I'm left with nine months and I was wondering if there were any free on-line applications to some of the best universities (or colleges) in the world. I haven't done my final exams yet. I'm doing them in early November. Any advice or help. I'm really lost and this is the part of my life that determines a lot in my future.

Goggle or Dex ought to get you a list of schools, then go to their websites and find out if they have free applications, I'm willing to bet they do since they are always looking for good students for their schools.

It really depends what you want to study - most schools have subjects that are their strong suit, you know what I mean?
