I hope so--you can't run a good cult without either.  But if you don't get back the s*x paraphernalia you could always sunstitute the guns for the time being--just make sure they are unloaded.

Nothing has been returned. Texas has looked in every box, but it hasn't scanned all of the computer data. It looks like it will be working on the evidence for the next year.

To make matters worse, the Arizona attorney general wants to sue Texas in order to gain access to the data. The Utah guardian of the UEP (FLDS) trust, has also filed suit, but agreed to delay his access.

In other words, there is so much evidence, it is a mess.

There are concerns as to whether any evidence was properly seized and if so, whether Texas was entitled to all of this evidence given that there are six possible rape victims that fall under the jurisdiction of Texas. There are possibly 15 more rape victims that fall under the jurisdiction of other states. If Texas can use the data, it has enough to get convictions without the cooperation of the victims.
