Have the "Yanks" let the British down, School test results 2008?

I read that school test marking/results have been awarded to an American company for 2008.

Reading our Evening local paper headlines read "Shambles" over school test results many schools in the West Midlands were i live have not had test results back at all or in time to award children their hard earned results.

I thought the Yanks were at the fore-front of things these days.

What gone wrong!

yes.and also blame this inept government for giving a contract to outsiders.they think we are incapable of doing anything in this country.

It is not the yanks that are the problem it is the penny-pinching local government that is the problem - just another case of supposedly low-cost foreign sourcing ending up costing more
