Have the usa agreed or started to help georgia in the war against russia?

Georgia have just started the war with russia and it turns out the usa had trained and equiped the gerogians to fight them so the americans can go to war with russia ? Is this true and will it lead to world war 3 as russia and usa have many alies ?

well see, bush didn't expect this. What his plan was after we get setup in iraq, isreal was suppose to start the war with iran, which then we are right next to allowing us to invade iran really well. So if we help out Georgia, that might put a hinder on that plan.

I guess what i'm saying is that it all depends on if the bush administration and earn money off that war. If they can i'm sure they would fight.

There are scary parallels between this and Molotov-Ribbentrop pact. Georgia traded for Iran, as Baltic states were traded for Poland once upon a time.
