Have they started buliding the harry potter theme park?

i am going Easter 09 and have recently found out it will be opening 'autumn' 09, so possibly. And it has started being built

im not sure i dont think they have from what ive heard they're taking out half of the lost continent i know they're transforming that flying unicorn ride into the flying hippogriff and i think from wat ive heard they've sed 1st december 09 sorri but they have sed that it mite be open earlier due 2 already have started the structure (which they've dun early) heres the link i got it from

It's part of Universal Studios Orlando (an awesome park with or without it), not a separate theme park. The most specific date is "late 2009", so I would guess it will not be open when you visit. However, that may change, so keep your eyes open as time gets closer.
