Sounds like HPV but if you have never had anal s*x, that isn't very likely.

They will probably go away but if you are concerned about it, you should just go see a proctologist.

We can't see it.  Only a doctor (proctologist likely) can properly diagnose a problem if there is any.

You might have haemorrhoids and you can get cream to sooth them. Do they itch? If they do thats probably what they are. Just check it out with a GP and will probably examine you straight away.
