The codes that are coming up are:

P0134 O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 1 Sensor 1)

P0139 O2 Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

P1166 Primary Heated Oxygen Sensor (#1) heater circuit

P1167 Primary Heated Oxygen Sensor (#1) heater circuit, or bank 1 fuel trim too rich during deceleration

I'm not real sure what to do here, but I don't want to bring it in unless I have to. How much should a replacement Oxygen sensor run? Any help is appreciated!

  1. Yeah, you nailed it right on. replace the o2 sensor closet to the engine.

looking at the engine, look over the engine and to the exhaust right in the middle you should see the oxygen sensor, follow the wire to the connector. be carefull, the connector is mounted on a post, the post has a square cut out, push on the connector and slide out. Now just push on the connector tab and undo the connector.  make shure the engine is cool, on the o2 sensor threads spray wd40, or pb blaster.

you need a o2 sensor tool, put the tool on and bump it hard  good luck

  2. try asking your ?'s on k20a.org  you can look for the user manual(***).pdf for the rsx  there it will have a trouble shooting steps for all wiring.  the sensors are on the manifold and piping there are two of them short band and wide band i think. you can find the sensors on ebay. or f/s on k20.org.  you can replace them yourself just get the o2 sensor sockeit  to take them off the piping. any auto parts store should have. is that the problem you have.. not sure for those are codes that only the dealer know. could be just a fuse or wires to the item.. never the less step by step trouble shoot the pdf should cover.  this is the name of the file  search for it Acura RSX (02-03) Service Manual.pdf
