Have to do a presentation on workplace diversity.. any ideas?

i have to do a presentation on workplace diversity. what are some ways to present this? we thought about finding a 60's advertisement or public service announcement.. one that says something like "women can work too!", etc.

any ideas?

hmmm. that sounds good, i guess.

my only real suggestion though is pointing out that ANYONE can feel that they have been wronged regardless of their race, gender, nationality, sexual orientation, religion, etc.

like just because you are a man, it doesn't mean that you can't experience sexism (we often think that it's only women who experience sexism and sexual harassment).

I think that if you point that out then it would be good for people who are sceptical about having a presentation about "work place diversity" in the first place.

so make a point that its everyone that contributes to the "divesity" of the workplace and all need to respect that.
