Have to dress up like a hippie??????

tomarrow at school i have to dress up likea hippie for hippie earth day for spirit week. i dont have any thing tye dye something easy that i can find at my house

take a pair of blue jeans and fray the bottom of the legs...cut off the hem and fray the threads.

be sure and use big legged pants..bell bottoms.

put some old beads around your neck and leave your hair down around your face...put on make-up and lip stick....sandals.

big hoop earrings.......jewerly..big rings..blue sets.

A peasant smock or dress would be great.  Some huge hoop earrings, maybe some huge round sunglasses.  Take an old pair of wide legged or bell-bottom blue jeans and sprinkle a little bleach on the legs to give them that used and washed out look.  Tatter the hems on the bottom of the legs with a razor (if you're old enough to safely use one) and pluck the threads down a little.  Finish off with some funky sandals and big long hair with a scarf for a headband.  You'll be great!

worn/torn jeans, a peasant top or use a tee shirt and tie it below you breast, an old flannel shirt and beads.  You tie a scarf around you fore head/hair, sandals.  I use to wear granny or peasant dresses myself.  Oh an old lace top would work also.  Sure there was some Tye-dye shirts but not all.  I also use to wear a African top with cords all t he time also.

Oh a broom stick skirt would really work as for the skirts we use to wear were midi-ankle length.
