Have to give 2 week notice tomorrow. What is the best time of day to do it?

Morning or lunch break? It's a seasonal job and I just started last week, but I found another job I like better which starts after Labor Day. Any advice? Thanks in advance.

morning. you have not been there but a week i dont think they are going to be all sad seeing they were going to let you go soon any way.

Depends on what type of job. I would ask them for a meeting when I went in to work and ask for a late afternoon appointment to speak with them or right before you leave.

Some places once you give notice do not want you there anymore and will release you immediately. If not at least you don't have to feel weird all day after telling them.

Always give as much notice as possible.
