That sound a bit off to me... Have you tried addressing the issue with them or your parents?  I don't see a reason for 2 girls, one an adult and one a couple years from it, to go and do something like that, especially if babies haven't fully developed their bones yet and could lead a hazardous situation (that's why the top of most baby's heads are soft) if left unchecked.

But seriously, did they just randomly start doing it for no apparent reason, is it more common in the middle of playing, or *shudders in horror, but it's possible* seem to have a weird case of pedophilia behind all this? Are they just squatting down over him, or do they seem to apply full weight?

Do your parents know about this?  If not, then definitely let them know.  Sitting on a 4 month old is simply unacceptable.
