Have u ever challenged u selve & what was it & what was the outcome?

I challenge myself every day to not kill my self.  I have been doing it for about a year and a half now and I am still alive.  (I am bi-poler)

Yes, many times. I used to be very  materialistic  and concerned about money and all the new products I could buy. Then slowly I stopped caring. I became a hippie. I to this day refuse to get caught up in trends and fads. I do not own many gizmo's and tech products. I still cook everything from scratch and recycle and reuse clothing furniture etc. Peace
