  1. yes. whatever it is you feel, it will pass away with time. Just pray wholeheartedly, never lose hope, and try to always be an optimist.

  2. yep. its annoying. sometimes it feels good to cry but you just can't.

  3. No...I cry like a baby

  4. i didnt even cry in the titanic : p

but as i say about those movies: i cry without tears

I don't remember when the last time i cried

in reality i envy girls coz they can cry

edit: yes it feels like a cold pain (not the cold flu)

  5. I understand and sympathize with your frustration, pain, and everything else that could make us want to hide from ourselves....lock away those horrible feelings we don't completely understand and try to forget about them....I don't think it is very healthy to try to forget what angers us or causes us to hurt....we need to feel it...we need to let it out...these ways are different for everyone and for every emotion....sometimes I can cry it all out over a good sad movie...sometimes I need to talk about it with someone so that I can see and feel that I am not alone....sometimes I can write it down in a journal, turn it into a beautiful poem or a beautiful drawing...for the musically talented, they may be able to turn it into a beautiful song or sheet of music.

When we bottle up our emotions...over time, every time you force yourself to beleive that its okay (when it really isn't) you are just adding more to that bottle. Over time, the bottle will overflow and you will have nowhere else to put away those feelings,.....I recommend opening up that bottle and letting it spill onto the floor or the nearest shoulder.....

Even when things seem dim and at their worst....they are really only as bad as we let/make them....take care of yourself...make yourself a warm bubble bath and some candles, sit and relax alone without outside interference or intrusion and breathe....let everything that may be waying you down float up in the water away from your body and breathe....let your mind and spirit take a break from thought and worry....don't be afraid to let it go...you can always retrieve it if you wish...  :)  .....breathe....through peace and calm we can find strength and possibly answers to what we may need to do to heal ourselves from our own burdens.....or at least give you some comfort until you can find what it is you seek from this hurt that you cannot seem to allow yourself to let go of......

    Take care.....

Hopefully, just maybe this song will help calm you a bit and give you some comfort when your heart is crammed full of negativity and burden......

....it is a wish for you that you may find this same kind of peace...even if it is only for a day....

  6. Yes , the pain and hurt is immense but you have carry on living and get over it.

  7. Na i usually just cry, find my bible; read and then go to the gym and with headphones in... Totally ignoring everyone around me untill i feel satisfied that i have got enough tension out of me. It really is effective. You should try it!

  8. Yes, its odd because when I most feel like crying I usually can not, and when I feel mad or upset (and definitely don't want to cry) is the time that I usually do.

  9. I just went through that and the problem was something hurt me and I stuffed it, when I went to therapy and started talking that particular thing came up, So my suggestion to you is talk about everything and free yourself up okay booboo

  10. The journey to understanding is continuous and finally reached when your tears flow naturally. Forcing an emotion is merely applying another persons perception to your feelings- patience is a virtue worth waiting for.
