  1. yes,it moved when my cousin fell on the table SLEEPING after waiting for it to move, it moved when there was a storm and the window was open the board with the cursor simply slapped into my cousins face (hehe! ) wasted my time over and over again for no good reason.

  2. The ouija board works as a portal.

If you are looking to contact a dead person you know, they have probably moved on and you are dealing with spirits that are messing with you.

It is a game and not reliable for much.  I put mine away years ago.

  3. I played the ouija board a number of times years ago and nothing happened.  Nothing happened when friends played the ouija board.  I found the whole experience quite boring.  Scrabble is much more fun, more interesting, and more exciting.

The ouija board is just a game that you can buy in most toy stores and department stores, an ordinary piece of wood or plastic or cardboard.  It is meant for two or more players so it will not work very well if you try to use it alone.  It has no supernatural powers.  It does not communicate with the dead and it does not contact spirits.  It does not open any portals to the underworld or to anywhere else.  The people using the ouija board make it work through ideomotor movement.  It plays on your mind and imagination and your susceptibilities and beliefs and fears.  It can be scary because the imagination is a powerful thing, and can make you believe just about anything.  Here are a couple of links that discuss ouija boards and how to use them.

  4. my mom did when she was younger! went to a slumber party with some friends she knew from middle school...they were playing with one in the room laughing and having a good time...my mom said the girl who owned the quija board told the other girls to say rude things to it like **** off, god is fake and odd crazy stuff! my mom would not do it and left the room because she thought it was strange of the girl to tell them to do that...when they girl got up later on and went to the garage to get soda pop for everyone she tried comming back in the door from the outside of the garage and it locked her outside! she was pounding on the door screaming let me in you guys, this is not funny! she was crying and screaming and said something scratched her on the back really hard and the lights went out in the garage pitch black! somebody finally opend the door and she had big scratches down her back with blood...very deep scratch marks! they took the girl to the hospital that night...but my mom thinks it was from the quija board saying the evil stuff to it! crazy and true story!!

  5. Hmm... i've had a Ouija board a couple of years ago. The only experience associated with that was the fact ALL of the street lights on my neighborhood went out once i had that board.

Unfortunately, i think the way the Ouija board works correlates directly with one's beliefs. I personally think that the Ouija board connects with an INNER understanding... and that you are receiving answers that you already *know* somewhere in your subconcious mind.

My friends' had a different belief, and the most common one: the board connects with a different plane [ghosts]. Because of this, when i left the room to get popcorn, my six friends saw the board single out the skeptic in the room and "chase" them with the pointer. As i've said, i was not in the room so i cant confirm that.

  6. Not me, as friends etc of mine have had experiences and all have said it was horrible, and one of my friends had nightmares and night terrrors, visions, bad luck for a year, until a priest met with him and exorcised the evil entity that was harrassing him. I know!
