  1. It can seem like the computer is s******g you over when you go all in on the flop destroying the other guy and by the river you're completely screwed.

  2. Are you thinking that the site is rigged because other people suck out on the river? Well, the problem is with the other players, not the cards. When you have a novice who will call your all-in raise with garbage like Q-8 off-suit, well, sometimes that player is going to catch a set of Queens that beat your two pair.

At this point? Online poker has been around for a while. If anybody were going to come up with conclusive, irrefutable evidence that sites are rigged, it would be huge news by now. The information would be all over the Internet. TV journalists would be producing specials about the scandals. And the online sites would be rushing to explain themselves.

And believe me...people are looking for proof that the sites are rigged. There are quite a few annoyed online players who are convinced that online poker is rigged...so they're doing everything that they can to find proof that their ideas are correct. But I haven't seen anything conclusive yet...just a bunch of statistics that are easily explained by variance.

Besides: Full Tilt takes a rake. Or an entry fee for tourneys. They're making money on every table that's active. Why would they care which person wins each hand, or each tourney? They don't. Because they're making the same amount of money no matter who rakes in that pot or takes first in that tourney. The money that it would cost Full Tilt if they rigged the site? Well...after the lawsuits, the investigations, and the worldwide humiliation? They'd be out of business. Fast. It's not worth it to rig such a huge, popular site.

Are bots involved? Well, as little as possible, if they're being used at all. The PLAYERS, not the site, are the ones who use the bots, though. They're trying to give themselves advantages...and are often caught. Full Tilt, like any other reputable site, doesn't want to get a reputation for being "bot friendly." If they had that type of reputation, then honest players would stop playing there. I'd leave really fast if FT ignored bots.

You might also be thinking that other players are involved in collusion. If you have good reason to suspect that two or more playes are cheating like this, then you should report it. FT will investigate and, if they find good evidence that these players are cheating, take action as quickly as possible.

Your best option, really, is to play solid poker and learn how to be okay with the fact that people are sometimes going to suck out on you. You're playing against people of all skill levels, so you're bound to run into novices who will call pretty much any bet or raise, even with horrible hands.

  3. I have had issues with most poker sites, they all have Their own Bots on some tables that can only win so you lose!

Never had any troubles with Eds Club, its new and great!

Casino Games with freeroll and cash tournaments! = they cant have Bots because you are not playing other "players/bots"

  4. Poker sites make so much money running legit games it's stupid for them to rig it.

The problem is the other players.  If you have 5 players playing any 2 cards every hand, the odds are one of them is going to hit the flop pretty hard or catch a gut shot straight or back door flush draw more often than not.  If you're heads up and the turn and river put 3 clubs on the board, there's a decent chance he doesn't have a flush.  If the same cards hit and there are 6 players left, the odds are one of them will.

There is also collusion between players.  Either they are in the same room or on IM or cell phones working together.  If there are 4-5 guys at the same table, they're going to finish ahead collectively.

Ultimate Bet does random table assignments for their sit n gos, which cuts down on that.
