  2. SHARKS!!!

  3. i haven't ever surfed before but it sounds like fun.  i don't live by a section of the ocean where there are big enough waves to surf. i want to learn how!

  4. Yeah its a buzz !

  5. no, not really. That would be physically impossible because I don't surf at all!

  6. yeah i do it a lot during summer when the sun goes down around 8 surfing near the pier where its brightly lit, its quite dangerous because its hard to see incoming sets and sharks usually feed during the night

  7. yeah, its actually kinda peaceful with a full moon and stars

  8. nope......its too dangerous........

  9. only once in new zealand, at a beach break place called mount manganui, however its very dangerous and i dont recommend it, apart from losing your positional sense in the ocean, sharks predominantly feed at night, so before dawn and after dusk are usually not good times to surf, however surfing is the best thing ever, i heartily recommend you give it a try, youll be amazed

  10. Actually, I don't surf at all...

Or is it in a figurative sense?

Well, anyway, I've surfed the web in the night :-)

  11. no , never.

  12. I used to surf all the time near the Huntington Beach Pier.  Very tough to judge waves unless they were small and easy to catch.  I wouldn't recommend surfing at night in other parts of the world though.  The sharks come in near shore at night and unless you have a death wish I wouldn't recommend it.  Even at beaches where you never hear of a shark attack there are sharks.  A fisherman caught an 8 ft bull shark from off the beach near 78st street in Ocean City last summer.  You never hear of sharks around there.

  13. teach me as i dun even know how to surf...d**n!

  14. i have never surfed at night and have not surfed at all for more that fifty years.
