  1. class action, no.  you have to give Wal  Mart the right to cure.  If you call and tell them about this matter, they will give you your stuff.

  2. Sorry, but "People too dumb to pick up their own shopping" isn't a registerable class.

  3. You're kidding, right? Do you think the store intentionally concealed your merchandise in order to deprive you of it?

  4. Ah no!  Just call the store and tell them what happened.  I bet they have the stuff at customer service waiting for you to come back.  WOW, we are a sue happy society!

  5. I don't know about a Law suit, but last Christmas my daughter accidentally left a bag on the "lazy susan".  At our Wal-Mart, they take them off and put them in the cart for you, but she was in another town.  This was late at night and early the next morning she went back and they had put the merchandise back on the shelves, even though she had paid for it, and told her that they couldn't keep all the bags waiting for people to come back and get them!!!!!  They deserve to be sued, but they know there are not that many places to shop for discount merchandise so they do as they please, but that took the cake as far as I was concerned that they had put it back hoping to get to resale it!  Since she had her receipt they did give her money back, but that was a hassle too to have to go back and repurchase everything.

  6. i did that once, totally forgot to pick up that extra bag. doh! i called the manager and you know what they had my stuff still in the bag, just waitin for me to come pick it up. try that first and if you get nowhere, then next time be responsible for your own stuff.
