Have ubuntu running in windows?

Question

i have a mac and a pc and on the mac i use parallels to run windows with out starting up my windows desktop but is there a program for windows so i can run ubuntu on my desktop pc without dual boot?

Hi, sure u can use buggy ubuntu on virtualbox.
