Look.. i think this thingy of China gymnast being underage, Americans being sore loser has taken too much time out of the YA community.

For once, can we amicably stop all this dispute on who's right and who's wrong.

And look at gymnastic at beijing 2008 in a more positive note.

I feel that all the gymnasts have done very well in all of their respective events, but the question is, which gymnast do you think is the best performer of 2008 olympics?

  1. this must be huge news in the us because in canada it is barely a blurb in the newspaper. it's the american media that is fueling the controversy by keeping the story going.

that being said if the chinese cheated then good for the american media for bringing it to everyone's attention so they could demand answers.

  2. you want to stop the controversy, but then throw in the sore loser comment.

    nice...

  3. Your parents must be proud of their little petty jerk, nice job proving the stereotype of "your type"

  4. It's good that you've tried to appease the situation but in reality it's not gonna work... also, you're only giving more attention to it

  5. Sore losers? Ha, nice try. And where are you from?

I bet you wouldn't be posting this question if the American gymnasts were under speculation. We're not going to drop it until this whole thing is solved. It's b.s. that people are going to get away with cheating.

  6. I can see that you used the word amicably. I think you meant submissively. You see, the insult "poor losers' is not amicable, it's insulting. In order for us to be amicable in the face of an insult, we would have to be submissive. Allow me to rewrite your comment in the effort to assist your English classes:

Look, slave.. i think this thingy of China gymnasts being underage, Americans being unable to let go of their national pride (u forgot a comma after "loser"), has taken too much time out of the YA community.

For once, can we get you to submit to our view that China is the center of the world by stopping all this dispute on who's right and who's wrong. And look at gymnastic in beijing 2008 in a more positive note.

I feel that all the gymnasts have done very well in all of their respective events, but the question is, why can't you and your stupid IOC just bend over let us run the summer games our way?

  7. I think they chines  gymnists are amazing they do a great job, but if they are under age they should not have a medal..Yes Im from America but the Rules need to  be followed, I don't care about Medals i could care less if we were in last place..if the Chines Gymnists are 16 then they DESERVE  there medals.

  8. I agree I am so sick of this country looking like a bunch of sore losers.  The Chinese team has some awesome gymnists as do the Americans.  I don't know anything about scoring those routines so I'll go with the professionals and say that He girl was best.  Sheesh, we need to let it go.

  9. I'm not tired of it. It can just keep on going. This is a big headline story. It will be the center of attention for a bit longer.

Also, America is not the source of all controversy. I know it's fun to blame America for everything, but Great Britain is the one that made the formal complaint, and frankly I'm happy they did. Go Great Britain! That would be awesome if their gymnast got the bronze medal, because they haven't had a medal in years.

America just joined the band wagon. Us American's are opinionated, and open for debate. We like to question things. That's who we are, and there's nothing wrong with that. It just makes us stronger. So, while this issue was formally made by the British. We just joined in, and I love that about America.

  10. Wow, your one unsportsmanlike pathetic foreigner.  Don't they teach you foreigners any morals, or just how to be rude and jealous.

If you want to put it to rest, stop crying and whining about it and making lame question like this..
