Have won the Israeli lottery-Can I send part of the money to my brother in the U.S by money order?

I have won a major lottery and want to help my brother in the U.S by sending him a money order of $1,720,973.12 ILS"Israel New Shekels ($500,000USD).

The question is would they allow my brother to cash the money order of that amount ($500,000USD)?

Or is there a limit on which how much he can cash the money?

If so how about I send him 50 money orders of 34,381.92 ILS($10,000USD) each?
