Yea, the homes were devastated!

Most of them were wooden homes (no brickes or steel involved.)

I was twenty miles away from them yesterday (in Portsmouth, east of Suffolk).  

My co-worker's niece got hit when she was at work.  It was a pizza place and one of the customers went outside, then came back in right away and didn't even have the chance to say, "You guys better run for cover," before the building was demolished.  Everyone was buried under rubble, but luckily nobody got killed.
