  1. the world is in a sick and bad state i dont see very much to celebrate about it

our environment is in bad shape, so our natural wonders around us are at risk

where is the love and friendship when my country still has a wat going on, and not only palestine there are wars and fighting everywhere

i think this world needs less thanking and more action, cuz this place sucks

  2. I have celebrated the fact that life is so amazing.  I just occasionally need to be reminded as I think I get too wrapped up in work and just mundane things.

I have thanked god many a time for everything that I have and continue to get.  I make each family get together that I can, just because I do not know when I will get this time to spend with loved ones again.  The simplicity in basic things from the fragrance from my Gardenia bush outside to the vibrant pink color of my Crepe Myrtle, or the love and greeting I get from my dog each time I walk into the house - these are some of the basic things I appreciate every time I am around them.

I also realize as each year goes by -  I'd like to cover as much as I can in experience and seeing/learning things that I have not done before. Because my time in this world is so short and there is so much out there...

  3. Absolutely :-)

I really enjoy sitting on my balcony at times, with a nice little glass of Merlot and a cigar..reflecting on my life and identifying/commemorating the things I'm grateful for..

Sometimes it makes me say "thank you" out loud :-)

Life is simply amazing!!! The whole package...with its ups and its downs

  4. I personally, have never done that in lebanon.

never been to lebanon either but I have celebrated in other countries.... hope you are not disappointed as this question was asked in the Lebanon-category I assumed you meant celebrating life in lebanon.

but if I one day visit lebanon I'll do that... for the sake of having celebrated life in lebanon!!!

  5. I think it's too early to say that you've been drinking wine...but you're surely having something that makes you feel so "perky".

    YIPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

    (me celebrating)

    EDIT:

I think we don't have time to look around and celebrate...but you're right, it's worth it to stop and "smell the roses" once in a while...maybe that could "calm us down" and make us live in peace with our inner selves.

We are taking all of this for granted and it's a shame...thank you for making us see that.

  6. i lost a very dear and precious person to my heart few days ago, never thought i will lose him so soon, and that made me rewind back time and think about all the stress and sadness i bared on myself for stupid reasons. so i started thanking the world i live in, the life i have, my precious family and friends, enjoy the moment I'm living, enjoy my work more, go out more, never get mad for stupid and nonsense reasons cause i never know when my time will come and i'll leave all the beautiful things i have right now and never come back!

  7. of course! through my weakest and worst moments I still thank God for every blessing I am getting and passing through, for even if we don't it, God never lets go of us and always is by our side in every butterfly, in every gentle breeze, in every white snow ball, for every taste, point of view and culture God is there, all we have to do is just open our eyes with faith.

I am thankful, "As I walk through the valley..." God's always there, and it's worth celebrating every moment

  8. yes ofcourse love life :)

  9. Everyday that I wake up.

  10. most of the ppl live in stress that's why never thought to celebrate
