Have you a problem with anyone or anything on Current Events?

I am an open book and say exactly what i feel. Since going on Answers end of Dec 07, i have reported no-one and only thumbed down one person who threatened to report an innocent question. My halo is still in place. Lol.

Come on, you will all sleep better tonight, if you get it off your chests.

This is confession time, even though i am not a Catholic. :)

Not asking anyone to mention user names, just in general.

Not really, but I wish our society as a whole would watch less Nancy Grace.

These questions about Caylee Anthony and the McCann girl show how easily distracted we as the public can be from legitimate issues and worldwide concerns and threats. But it is a lot easier to speculate about non-issues. It disappoints me, but I don't bother with thumbing down or reporting.

i just can't stand it when posters gang up & target a user. Its childish & in bad taste. Add to that the trolling & the cloning which trouble makers do all the time here and then conveniently blame someone else for. Thank heavens this is just virtual & not reality. Still, people get hurt & thats not nice.

I have a problem with Lisa, sometimes she says things  that are funnier than what I said. I really hate that!!!

Then there's SM always willing to drop his skirt..seriously should a man his age drop his skirt??

then there's Filya, he turned black in front of my very own eyes!!! What's up with that???

Someone asked if I had a problem with steph, I'm still compiling the list, I started 2 weeks ago, *sighs* it's a long list!!!

I don't have a problem at all with the friendly banter that seems to annoy those who frequent the suggestions board, it lightens the mood.

The ongoing sagas - that run like soap operas on here - you know, the people who believe they 'are' this section, they annoy me, he said she said, he is that user, she is this user, he's a troll, she's a troll *yawn* that and the goading, mocking and celebratory posts and 'youtube' videos when people are suspended - yeah that's a bit much too.

I don't lie about myself though, and people who do that completely infuriate and dumbfound me at the same time. I truly don't understand why you would lie about yourself and your life to total strangers. I'm just me, Kat, single mum of 2 boys, age 19 doing A levels this September.

The only other user I've had a run in with is well known lol, and to be honest that just cracks me up, and is an ideal example of the issue above hehe

EDIT: LOL yeah I know I have, and yes he does. It's OK, I've moved on. I'm into secret agents now ;)

I have thumbs down rude answers but only a few and only occasionally.

I have reported 1 person and that was this week when someone tried to contaminate my Q with a virus link.  Nasty troll!!!!

As for chatting, well I think Yahoo should change the rule to, comments allowed conversations not allowed.  We all love a litlte chat whether it's on here or at the bus stop, after all we are human beings not cyber beings and quite capable of challenging a little rule here and there without being in the slightest bit offensive.

Nope, don't have a problem with anyone and I hope no one has a problem with me.   Like a lot of people on here I hold strong views on some subjects and can't understand why others can't see what I think is obvious, lol.  But I do read their point of view and try to see where they're coming from.   It would be a really boring life if we all agreed all the time.  But I must admit, I don't like the trolling and nastiness that sometimes breaks out on a personal level.

I'd rather ignore someone or agree to disagree than get into a personal slanging match.

the only thing that is mildly irritating is that ppl just have to moan about chatting and fun things just because it is against the rules, they just cant move past the silly question and ignore it, they just have to complain or report, why, why are their sad lives so dull that they just can't move on. i just dont understand it xx
