  1. yes; fair trade coffee and a couple of  squares of malagassy fair trade chocolate yum. my 2 main imported luxuries, otherwise i buy british.

  2. nope i buy whatever tickles my fancy!

  3. DON'T BUY PRODUCTS TRIMMED WITH FUR! THOSE CLOTHING ITEMS ARE DRIPPING WITH THE BLOOD OF ANIMALS THAT WERE SKINNED ALIVE!!!

  4. Yes. I am everyday. I did my shopping today and bought fairtrade products. If given a choice I always go for ethically produced food. I do not buy any Nestle products ever.

  5. I do my best to always be an ethical consumer (finances allowing).

    I always use:

Organic Fairtrade tea, coffee & chocolate.

    Low impact lightbulbs.

Organic fruit & veg delivery scheme.

    Ecover cleaning products.

    Organic meat, dairy & eggs.

Lemon juice, bicarb & white vinegar for cleaning.

I turn off lights & electric items when I'm not currently using them.

I do not own a car (can't drive anyway!)

The only thing that's probably dodgy is my clothing, I don't know its source, but as I am poor I can't afford organic cotton fairtrade clothes. I do however avoid clothing brands which I know to have involvement in slavery, such as Adidas, Nike, Gap, etc.

I recycle everything that I can.

O, & I only use natural cosmetics, mostly from Neals Yard Remedies who are very ethical, but I also make my own toothpowder & bath/massage oils.

It's very important to me to be as sustainable as possible & to treat other humans & animals ethically.

But it angers me that more is not done to curb the waste created by industry.

  6. Don't care - I buy what I can afford. Until I am in a position to survive I will leave it to my government to sort out the world's economical problems.

  7. Yup - I went to the farmers market yesterday, to support my local farmers and producers.

  8. I buy what I want,  I use what I want.   you might want to understand, that is what keeps EVERYONE one working.

If you can, please show us how some sheep herder in the desert emplyes anyone anywhere?

OR do you just want everyone to starve.
