I suspect this is the same Boca Raton outfit that claims to be able to reduce your debt, and sell you a warranty for a car that you don't have. As far as I can tell, this is a straight-up scam, and I have been trying to find a way to bring these good-for-nothing hucksters down, SIMPLY BECAUSE I RESENT THAT THEY HAVE FOUND A WAY TO AVOID THE DO NOT CALL LIST, AND THEY MAKE THIER MONEY BY LYING AND RIPPING PEOPLE OFF.

If anybody has any information, even the littlest bit, please share it. Thank you!

Companies like this didn't find a way to avoid the no call list - they choose to ignore it.  They are scam artists.  

As to that phone number, does it really come up that long?  It's got too many digits - I'm not even sure if any part of that is legit enough to search for.

I hope you find a way to make them pay.  I wish I knew how to do it myself.

Is this a recording telling you that this is your second and final notice about the warranty on your car?  I get this annoying call sometimes twice a day.
