Have you been demoted from your position at your current job?

A week ago,I was appointed as OIC for a branch office...but they can't find me effectiveness in office management instead of having strong and steady efficiency on operations department...they had demoted me from admin to operations which is less privileges..

Hmm..  the person who promoted you in the first place should have supported/trained you well in the position (OIC) you were in.  It is unfair to have had demoted you and believe me it is so demotivating.

On the other hand, since your strength is in the operations, now is the time to develop your skills in the administration side.  Do not think of the privileges, we get what we deserve isn't it?  Your time will come, know your development needs work out for it and you will be in the right track, soon you will be THERE!
