  1. no..i was very upset when my daughter got pregnant at 16

there was nothing i could do about it

  2. No.  But I am proud that they all have grown up to accept personal responsibility, and have become respectful, respectable, and responsible role models for their own children.

  3. Blah, blah, blah. Palin is a liar.

  4. h**l, sometimes I can't even get through a day that I have done that.  It's just a lame liberal attack.  These are the same people that plastered Jaimie Lynn Spears all over the mags n' rags and she wasn't even intending to get married.  Same people that supported Edwards as he was cheating on his cancer stricken wife.  Same people that supported Clinton as he cheated on his wife while a SITTING PRESIDENT in the oval office, nonetheless.  Same people that support obama though he has an antiAmerican wife, antiAmerican friends, antiAmerican revahrunds, and a Syrian Mob Boss, convicted FELON real estate partner.  Their opinion means nothing, actually.

  5. I've raised you to be a fine young woman as exemplified by your question.

  6. Absolutely not!  I have done all I know to try to steer them in the right direction. Out of 3 girls, two got pregnant before marriage, but they did marry the father of the child. One has been married for 22 years and the other for 20.  The youngest got married then got pregnant and after 18 years got divorced. Just a sign of the times I guess. I haven't always been proud of their actions but they always knew they could count on my support. Must not have done too bad either, one is a para-legal, one is a teacher, and the other is a EMT/paramedic.

  7. Nope, and she's only 3 years old.

  8. Nope and I am just a stepmom

  9. i hate my kid. thats why i smack him every chance i get. i tried to put him in the microwave once but he started screaming and my wife came in.

  10. No I have not.  But i definitely did not stand on a soap box, screaming about family values, pushing up my nose at everyone for not having values and then run for the VP spot on my "family" values and integrity

  11. Of course not, just as our own parents were not with us.   ***

  12. Anyone who answers yes is NOT a good parent!!!

  13. Nope.

That's why when they were little they either got grounded or got a sore butt.

Now that they are adults we can agree to disagree. Even on politics.

But it DOES get heated at times.

  14. supportive yes, proud, well:{ i think a great phrase put very well by one of the GREAT poets of our time Forrest Gump is, "sometimes people do things that just don't make no sense".

  15. psh I have a 6 month son, so I can't answer that question lol, but I know my parents did everything they could to teach me the "right" things to do, did I do them, no, does that mean they were horrible parents?  God no!  People need to stop worrying about what a kid does, and what the parent does

  16. I hope not in major issues. Palin is the best example on the need for condoms and birth control pills, it's ironic

  17. No, but I don't advocate people have zero tolerance and want abstinence only. I think people make mistakes. I think you can do things your own way, but Sarah Palin wants to take MY choices away.

  18. If you're always proud and supportive of EVERYTHING that your child says or does, then you're as big an idiot as the kid is. If you think that teaching abstinence only is going to bring the birth rate down, is birth control the reason it went up? I think trying to guilt young people into abstaining doesn't work. If it did, there would be a lot fewer teenage pregnancies, Sara.

  19. Supportive: YES, Proud: No but then again I don't make or effect policies that effect other peoples lives.

  20. Yes since less than 1% of teens get pregnant, I am glad that  mine are in the 99% majority that don.t..
