Question:

Have you been scammed?

I bought a business opportunity from Sam Leath of Encinitas CA for a service business for $25,000. It couldn't be done and he promised a refund last November. Of course no money. He has many accomplises like Marsha Grant of LA , Matt Evans of Irvine and Juan of NVM solutions in San Bernardino. I have now had to hire an attorney for another $5000 to see if he can get my money. I have tried all the on line places to people search, reverse phone numbers and emails and so far spent a couple hundred with no results. What can a senior do? I am so upset. I took out a loan against my house and now may lose it. Attorney general says they can't do anything. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get my money back. Scammers must be stopped. Hopefully by posting this I can save one person from contacting STL Consulting of Encinitas. By the way his wife is Susan Leath and is in on it. They live on Heritage Lane. Neighbors beware.
