Have you been to Hamilton Water Palace in South Lanarkshire?

I'm considering joining the club, which gives access to gym, classes and swimming. Would you recommend it???

Yes actually, I visited a friend last year who lives in Lanarkshire and I went with her to the water palace for a swim. (even on holiday I can't miss my exercise!) It was OK.

It is nice to go to a gym that offers 'gym classes' as so many people take on gym membership, go once or twice and are confronted with lots of different exercise machines they are not sure what to do with! and never come back again. So yes I would recommend. Wasn't too fond of Lanarkshire itself though, I missed Sussex!

So that's where you reside, interesting! I suddenly feel I miss my friend and all of a sudden have an overwhelming urgent need to see her! I feel a date coming on somewhere in the future Dr Frank.....!

I am not a member, but have been countless times. Never taken part in any classes but I like the gym (I was taken as a guest a few times) and the swimming pool. Although, the last time I was there was about a year ago, I moved and now live to far away. I'm sure the facilities won't have changed too much. I would recommend it :)

The Water Palace is excellent and if you join you get automatic free entry in to the rest of South Lanarkshire's gyms and pools.
