Have you been to the aquarium in Valencia Spain?

How was it? And in case you've been to other places that are similar, please compare?

The aquarium in Valencia is actually really nice! They have a great shark tank and a very wide variety of animals and a good dolphin show! It was a lot of fun and I would definately recommend it.

The only other aquarium I have been to in the south of Spain was in Barcelona, and it wasn't as good as Valencia but it was still good. My only problem was just that they didn't have as many animals and the dolphin and whale tanks were too small... but I would highly recommend Valencia! Beautiful set up as well!

The aquarium in Valencia is very nice. They have seals that you can sit and watch and that come pretty close to you. Also the aquarium puts on an amazing dolphin show. They do have some entertaining English translations on their signs though. It's part of the Cuidad de las Artes y Ciencias, which hosts science and art museums along with an imax theater. If you're traveling with children, I would suggest that you check out the museums. It would be a great educational experience for them.

The other aquarium that I have been to close to Spain was the aquarium in Lisbon, Portugal, and while that was a bigger aquarium, the dolphin show in Valencia is unmatched.
