That is horrible, poor thing! I appreciate the info very much - my dog loves soccer balls, that is her toy of preference, usually one a year. I know I will not be buying one of these.

That is one of the most heartbreaking things I've ever seen. I'm so glad I've never purchased one of those toys for my dog.

Never have and never will. This is also a reminder that EVERYONE should check their pets toys before giving it to them as well as looking on the internet for any recalls, complaints etc.

OMG,that poor dog!! I don't buy balls with holes in them for that very reason.I know that when the Kong toy first came out,it only had one hole,and some dogs were injured by them so the company re-designed them with two holes. I will let all of my dog - loving friends know about this,and check with the pet stores in the area as well.

I have gotten balls just like that for my dogs :(, I will throw them away right now.  How sad!  Thanks for sharing.  I hope anyone that hears of things like this will share them.  Thanks again!
