My son wants an american girl doll specifically a white one without freckels, and blonde hair. My son is birracial. Black and White. I do not care what color the doll he chooses in fact I think it is cute that he wants a white girl doll. He says so he can be her daddy. So he can comb the hair. My husband is not to thrilled but will go along with it. So what do yall think? Should we get the doll and dont forget the original questions too.

Dont forget to star my question PLEASSE!!:)

  1. Well my Son was really sick when he was little. He is 5 now. But anyhow, We were at our local hospital when he was id say 18 months old and this man gave him a little doll from the gift shop and told him he had never seen a kid so brave... It was sooo cute i still have it to this day. It is sooo funny to see him carry it around with him every once in awhile. It was just a soft doll. I would actually recommend it. Esp if you plan on ever having another child my son knows that you treat a doll as a baby. Do NOT throw it. You don't have to be over protective with it. Put let him know how to treat a baby and what not.. I would go with a cheap doll at first and see how is reactions are with it. My son is soooo Boy but, i still catch him playing dress up with his sister.. Hes going to kill me with these pictures when he gets older! lol

  2. I think that is sweet.

I have two girls and then I had my son. So this little boy is use to playing with girl things. lol

He wanted a boy doll though. So we got him a boy Cabbage Patch kid.

American Girl dolls COST A LOT! My girls want one but after seeing $60 go to the new Baby Alive we learned it won't be worth it. Baby Alive was broken about 6mts later and my little girl sold her for $2 at a yard sale! She had paid for it with her birthday money too. So there is no way we'll buy an American Girl doll.

My 12yr old has a doll that looks like American Girl though. We got it from Target. I think it is an My Generation doll or something like that. They are a lot less than American Girl.

My son was maybe 2 or 3 when we got the Cabbage Patch doll that was a boy like him. He asked for it. lol

  3. a guy wanting the doll that is really wierd

  4. AWE thats so cute! how old is he? im assuming he's little like under 8, i would get him it! thats cute, he'll prolly b nicer to girls when he's older if he's nice to his doll!

  5. Lol when my brother was younger he had a barbie doll. It was a ken doll and my mom had made him a peter pan outfit. At the time my parents weren't married so my uncle(Her brother) helped take care of them. It drove him nuts that his nephew had a barbie. For Christmas my mom and brother had given him a barbie so they could play together. I think it is funny...my uncle hated it!

I personally see nothing wrong with it. It's sounds cute. He wants to be the daddy :) lol I hope my son is like that when he's born.
