Have you boycotted any restaurants?

Fast Food, Casual, Fine Dining??

- I have boycotted Denny's. I get crappy service everytime I go there!

YES ---- it is not pleasant to be ignored in any restaurant but, having been a long time customer and taken for granted and then being asked not to smoke --- smoking area was outside and my wife and I were on our 2nd drink --- this family and two of their friends sat next to us ( there were four other tables open and we were the only ones that were in the outdoors smoking area )   they ordered dinner and drinks and then when their food got to the table they complained that we were smoking ----- our long time waiter came over to our table and ask us not to smoke or move to another table  -- we asked for the  tab and left ------- this was fine dining at it's best and you would think that they could handle the situation in a better manner  ---- We have not been back to what was our favorite restaurant for 12 years >>>> What is your take on this type of occurrence and behavior on behalf of the ''''other table''' the '''waiter''' and me and the wife...........................  You are welcome to send me an e-mail in answer to this dilemma ..... Walt ... I am with you ---- don't go to Denny's or any other place that gives poor service ... it's you dollar and spend it where you are appreciated and get good service (( denny's ain't all that clean  anyway --- there's better places))

ponderosa, denny's, cracker barrel, fazouli's. not so much for the service, but the lack of quality food.

OLIVE GARDEN.TERRIBLE SERVICE AND THE PLACE IS ALWAYS FILTHY AROUND 7PM.

def. IHOP ..it is such a dirty restaurant. I went once with my family, and I saw a freaking roach in my table, when we told the waitress she smashed it and continue to serve us, we left   and I havent been back

Subway. The food is decreasing in quality especially since the $5 footlongs.

I boycott any restaurant (or any business) who prints the entire credit card number on the receipt that they keep.  I had my number stolen once and while I did get the money back, I don't want to have to go through that again.

So yes, all kinds of restaurants have been boycotted!
