I came back from Spain with a Torta del Casar (runny ewe's milk cheese) and on a whim combined it with some Jamaican guava jelly (jam). I still remember pleasure that I derived from these two unlikely pairings. It was like angels dancing on my tongue. They complimented each other so well. I've also found that it works with Epoisse (stinky runny cow's milk cheese) Has anyone else found unlikely combinations of food that go well together? Please don't keep them to yourself!
