Have you done ok so far with lottery scratch cards?

for me, i've been trying the new york lottery scratch cards. and i've spent some money on it and so far my ratio has been 0.4, i get almost a dollar back for every 2 i spend. but i've been trying for a long time, how come i cant seem to get the bigger amounts. im not even talking bout the 10,000's, just the 500 bucks would do. anybody got lucky with those? what were your odds, how long, how much did you play?

I live in michigan and ummm...i dont know anybody who won big bigi mean over 100 bucks!

I have played many NY tickets for I live 25 Minutes from Manhattan in NJ.

In NJ we call the Scratch -offs......"Rip-Offs"

Did you know that if a grand prize on one of those is say, $250,000, and they print 20 Million of that ticket there may be about 8 Top Prize winners

But if say all 8 winners were won after the State sold only 12 Million tickets, the agents will still continue to sell that ticket, even though no one has a chance of winning the big prize anymore.
