i took a test today and it was negative my period is due on the 9th of september have you done this and been pregnant after?

If your period isn't due yet, those are not pregnancy symptoms.  You'd only be about a week pregnant if you are.

Sorry, I realized that sounded quite rude.  Didn't mean it that way.  What I meant was that it usually takes a bit longer than that to feel those kinds of symptoms but it is still possible.  Even the tests that say they are good 5 days before missed period aren't entirely accurate since it's possible there isn't enough hcg in your system yet.  Try to hold out at least until your period is due.  Good luck.

I haven't, but my friend did.  Wait a couple weeks and retake the test.  They are not always accurate.  xox

If your period is not due until the 9th, it is WAY too early to test.  You may not even have implanted yet (in which case you shouldn't be having symptoms, either).  You need to wait at least until the day your period is due to test.

yes i took a test June 4th and it was negative, june 9th and it was positive... :D

Yes, with my first child I took a test and it came out positive so I went  to the clinic to get verification and THEIR TEST came out negative... so I had to come back and try again and it came out positive that time and now I have a 2 1/2 year old. Also, I am currently 6 months pregnant and I took 3 tests that came out negative before I got a positive one. A friend of mine, her mother has 5 kids and NEVER showed up positive on a pregnancy test.

it's possible you're still pregnant, tests can test up to 5 days early, you're still 7 days from your period.

You tested way too soon.  Wait until you're late if you want an accurate test.

Yes!  I had symptoms and got a negative.  A week later I got a faint positive.  I am holding my two month old daughter right now!  It takes awhile for the pregnancy hormone to show up.  The futher along in the pregnancy you are, the more hormone in present.  Save your money and wait a week and retest.  Do make sure to stay away from alcohol until you know for sure.

Wow that is a bit early. I had to wait about 10-14 days AFTER my period was even missed to get a positive. Actually most people have to wait until after their period is missed to get a positive.
