well im still young (18)

about to head off for college, but i feel like i wont be happy

i recently met an england rugby team at a tournament i played at and hung out with them, besides my infatuation with england boys it sparked again my interest in living there, but i dont want to wait until im old...

has anyone made this dream of theirs happen?

or better yet, how can i visit there for a months time and not be in debt afterwards? (money seems to be the biggest issue in getting there you see)

  1. Well I live in Cornwall and have dreamt of crossing the river into England before and it's happened.

But then again that could be because I have to go to work in England but live and sleep  in Cornwall. =p

The best way for you to stay over for a few months would be to fund out about holiday work schemes, where travellers all earn their stay plus pocket money by helping out on farms or vineyards.

I did this in newzealand but wouldnt have a clue where to start with England or the rest of the UK.

  2. We are waiting for you. Apart from our winters which are pretty harsh, and also our ever-raining country, you will have the time of your life.

  3. Well, since I was born in England, that was a bit of a given.

But I've dreamed of living in Cornwall, and last year I finally made it.

I've considered (and visited) Canada, and New Zealand, but I think England, and specifically Cornwall, is where I wantt to be.

  4. How about Studying in England? there are scholarships for international students all around. And as for visiting - how about working on a camp site such as PGL, they hire in the summer season, so you can earn money whilst here. The flight would be the expensive bit i believe
