Have you ever SEEN a LEVEL ONE TC? ... WHERE ARE THEY??

Question

I CAN legally ask WHERE to look for these accts and get legal responses so I AM publicly asking for the WHERE instead of WHO. I can NOT ask for a specific acct name and nobody can give me one in the public arena. I have personally seen at least 2 accts like this but can not find them now. That is probably because they are no longer Level One. I am researching the problems caused by TC TROLL activity {see my profile} and this question is part of my ongoing research and must not be misconstrued as solicitation. I KNOW these accts exist, but I NEED to find them while STILL at level one in order to monitor certain public information about these accts. I am asking for both opinions and answers so please feel free to say whatever you want to, both in here and/or using email.:-)

Best advice I can give you is to just block those people.

Then when you post a question, they can't respond, unless they get another account.

Another way to avoid them is to keep your answers and questions private.

If you allow a fan base, your enemies will have access to your questions and answers, and will report you with every post that you make.

Are you saying Level 1 TCs use paranormal powers to gain their TC badge? No, I've never seen a Level 1 TC. But carry on, brave warrior.

If someone at Level 1 got a TC Badge...I'm wondering if the YA Big Guys know about it. I don't see how you could be a Top Contributor without answering more questions than you can at Level 1. It doesn't take that many points to get to Level 2..UNLESS they had EXTREMELY VALUABLE ANSWERS. If so..I'd sure like to see those answers.

Edit..I'll keep an eye out for them..but I really don't know what to do if I see one. Being a TC usually means you've reached the top of a mountain.(The other ..and highest..mountain is getting to Level 7. It's so high I don't even care about trying for it.)When you get to the top of the TC mountain..usually what happens is people throw rotten tomatoes at you and try to make you fall off it.You might think you've got a little power and prestige for awhile..but that doesn't last long after you get all the thumbs down and criticism and fewer BAs. I wouldn't worry about anyone sticking that  badge onto their avatar. That really doesn't leave them much to strive for in the future. .and they're probably getting fewer BAs.

Does TC stand for tipped cow?  I thought there was only one type of tipped cow. What does a level TWO tipped cow look like? I wish I had a level two tipped cow.
