  1. So thats what my mother meant by I was deopped on my head one too many times.

  2. i don't believe anyone could be that stupid, i think you are joking (it's not funny btw).

  3. ive not had a baby. But if i did  i would i hope i wouldnt drop my baby ! However knowing how clumsy i am i might do it once.

If i knew someone who did i wouldnt have a go at them , id just jokingly call them a dozy cow. lol

  4. No I haven't - but I would never swear to someone that there is no way it could happen to me.

  5. honestly ive never dropped my 8 month old but shes so wriggley at times i could see how some people might accidentally drop their little ones

  6. i havent, but i can see how easy it is to do sometimes.

  7. Ill be honest, I have never dropped my kids but I did drop my cousin who at the time was 10 weeks old!!! Fortunately she was ok, but it was her mother calming me down as I felt so horrible.  We are only human though!!

  8. I have never dropped them; but my 2 eldest have rolled off the bed;  my son has rolled down our back ramp and my youngest rolled off the change table while I had my hand holding her (she hates having her nappy changed) All of them were fine; babies are really tough.

  9. I dropped my son once and I let him fall once before, he has a scar from both times. When I dropped him he was 6 days old, I had never been around a baby and I didn't know that when they spit up if you didn't burp them enough that they would go excersist on you. Anyways I was 18 at the time so go figure.

I let him drink a full 4 oz bottle and then I burped him and when he blew I dropped him on the floor and he bumped him head on a toy and still has a little mark from it.

When I let him fall he was just learning to stand and walk, he was trying to get on my lap in the kitchen and he had socks on him little feet and he pushed my chair and slipped and fell down and sliced his head open right between his eyes clean to the bone. I was so scared that I had killed him, I called my mother and all I could say was that he was dead and she had to hurry. We took him to the ER and they glued his face and sent us home. He  was only crying after he did it because I was scared and I was pushing on his head with a towel to keep the blood out of his eyes. He has a nice scare from that. And when he gets mad you can really see it, that's the only spot that stays white.

So all the people who say that haven't , they really need to say haven't yet and hope not to. I hope no one has to go threw what I did with those 2 stories, they were the scariest times of my life.

  10. i've dropped my sister's baby by accident when i tripped over toy truck and fell down the stairs with the baby but not holding her.

  11. I know a couple moms that have...oh boy did they feel bad about it, but I agree, it happens to almost everyone once.  Maybe not DROPPED, but rolled off a low bed, or at least something like that/

  12. Honestly i have never dropped my baby or anyone else's baby but my baby did roll out of the bed about 5 times when he was really small.

By the way i do not think i am a perfect mom.

  13. I havent dropped my son however i have fallen asleep with him in bed with me and he rolled off the bed onto the floor. I felt sooo bad like i was the worst mother in the world.

  14. Really i have never droped my babies i have five kids and pregnant  with twins and i have never droped them

  15. i have and i felt so horrible about it i locked myself in the bathroom for almost an hour crying (let me stress this was after almost 3 days of no sleep!!) i was lying down with my knees up and she was sitting on my lap lying back on my knees and i was bumping her a little to try to bring up any gas and i might have fallen into a slight sleep im not sure but she throw herself forward and to the side and ended up on the bed. i think she was 3-4 months.
