yes. here in the philippines, we experienced a great typhoon when i was a child and for the first time, flood rushed into our house. o d**n. luckily, it didn't happened again.

No i live in fenland which is a low area but we are well drained so all is OK. i feel sorry for people that have had floods it must be awful.
