Have you ever answered a question only to find it deleted when you submitted it?

It's irritating and I wonder why the whole thing isn't removed before people start to answer. What a waste of time. It seems like we're being "punked"!

not quite. but when i press that answer is already removed.

You're right on.  This has happened to me many times and each time I really get pissed off at our dear host....especially if the reply is long and thought out carefully.
