Have you ever ate at a Del Taco?

Del Taco is good if you like a lot of lettuce. Say you order a taco, you get a thin line of meat a lot of lettuce and a sprinkle of cheese. The same goes for their burritos. I prefer Bakers drive-thru.

They actually have pretty good burgers and fries--though sometimes a bit salty.  I really love the fish tacos.  They are usually 24 hours so a nice burger alternative late at night.   My family likes the burritos.

We have several Del Tacos where i live (NV) and they are 24 hrs so i have made many late night runs there. They have pretty good food, and i like it better than taco bell. They have mainly mexican but also have shakes and burgers and chili cheese fries etc. I always get their pepper jack cheese quesadilla. Their bean burritos are ok, you can choose red or green sauce, but sometimes the beans are kinda salty. try it out, i am sure you will like it!

Wow, thats a blast from the past!  I ate at one in the early 1980s, but it went out of business.  I recall that is was similar to taco bell, but the meat was more crumbly, and the shell was thicker.  It was many years ago.

I love Del Taco.  Alas, there are none in Illinois.

Edit:  There is one in Oak Lawn but that's not real close to me :(

OMG!!!! That is like my all time favorite fast food restaurant...I used to live in CA and I loved it, but now I've lived in AR for about 11 years and there are no del tacos here...someone should really think about opening one here...hint...hint!!!
