Have you ever awakened with a sprained ankel?

I woke this morning with my foot hurting it feels like a sprain how could I sprain an ankle in my sleep?

Some people sleep walk, and don't find out unless someone else sees them doing it!  You could have gone exploring that night.

I woke up one morning when I was 12 (loooooong time ago) with my left foot swollen and turned inward.  Dr. x-rayed it and it was fractured in three places.  Don't to this day know how I did it unless I got it between the upright steel bars of my footboard and twisted it.
