Yes I have. When I was little I had a dream that someone died and when I woke up I was crying in reality. Very strange. No one died though. Just a dream I had.

To wake up crying, represents some suppressed hurt or previous trauma that is coming up to the surface. You can no longer suppress these emotions. They need to be dealt with head on.

Yes. I've dreamed twice that my Dad died and both times I woke up crying. It bothered me so much that I had a hard time stopping even after I was awake, but I was so relieved it was a dream.

of corse it happens. it just means that somthing that saddens you deep down inside u was happening in your dream and you cried in your sleep you still feel emotions when you sleep. you may never know y you were crying unless you figue out what bothers you but you may never kno
