Today I have been tricked to buy rubish items for 560 pounds. Have anyone experienced such thing? I know I am an idiot but can you give me an advice or at least share some thoughts about this. It was a sale of technical stuff in Northfields, London in a place Plough house.

  1. Only a couple of times and no real monetary value really. One guy who ripped me off over a load of paint  i had to laugh as he had done me like a kipper! it was a brilliant scam and fair play to him for his cheek (scouse git!!) (lol)

  2. No!

  3. Yes; i voted New Labour twice !! (last was about 7 years ago though, lol).

  4. Well if having rubbish building work done, and trusting the person to finish the job, and paying him upfront, then he runs off with your money 235 quid after doing half hours bad quality work is fraud, then yes i have..last week..... and im still fuming at myself for trusting him

  5. Yes. I've been pressured into buying something I did not want or need.   I've also been cheated by people I thought I knew.

    These things happen in life.

Try to get your money back if you can.

  6. ID fraud yes, otherwise, I havent had anything like buying under false pretences, mainly as I never have had any cash to spare anyway- I have £40 a week after my bills are paid to feed myself. I dont go out, I dont see friends, I dont buy technial stuff, I depend on freecycle. Maybe thats a good thing!

  7. I lost a credit card and knew where and when within 40 minutes someone had used it for £40 of petrol three miles away. This was before chip and pin

  8. Basically yes, every time the gets Government raises more tax from me
